The main beam comes standard with a limited lifetime warranty and provides a stronger web-to-flange attachment for long-life performance. Potential corrosion is eliminated by welding high-tensile steel at all flange-web joints, ensuring lasting strength and reliability.

The interlocking apitong floor system connects with two grade-8 floor screws at each crossmember for superior hold and durability. The double-shear connection reduces racking and prevents damage around screw holes. Radius edges on the “C”-section siderail minimize winch strap wear, while the steel rub rail with recessed grooves protects conspicuity tape from damage.
Better Visibility.
The enhanced visibility lighting system includes three stop/tail/turn lights and five dual-function side marker lights. The side markers also operate as turn signals, improving highway visibility and safety for both drivers and surrounding motorists.

Every steel surface is 100% shot-blasted before primer and paint, eliminating the need for chemical pretreatments. From ultra high-zinc epoxy primer and galvanic coating to automotive-grade acrylic urethane paint, this trailer is engineered to resist corrosion and preserve resale value year after year.
