Superior Design. Maximum Payload.
The main beam design comes with a limited lifetime warranty and provides a stronger web-to-flange attachment for long-life performance. Potential corrosion is eliminated between the flange and web by welding the high-tensile steel at all flange-web joints.
Lower Maintenance. Increased Uptime.
The interlocking four-nailer apitong and aluminum floor system connects with two grade-8 floor screws at each crossmember. This double-shear connection reduces racking and nailer damage. Radius edges on the “C” section siderail reduce strap wear, while the aluminum rub rail with recessed grooves protects conspicuity tape.
Better Visibility & Superior Corrosion Resistance
Enhanced lighting includes three stop/tail/turn lights and five dual-function side markers that double as turn signals. Every steel surface is shot-blasted before priming and painted with ultra high-zinc epoxy primer and automotive-grade urethane for corrosion resistance and higher resale value.
